Hon. Colonial Secretary,

I understand that Mr. C. MoI. Masser

is willing to act as Treasurer in addition to his duties as Captain Superintendent of Police. If this is so I appoint him to act as Treasurer and I am much obliged for his self-sacrifice in this matter for his duties as Captain Superintendent of Police are already very onerous. It shall be specially brought to the notice of the Secretary of State.
